Composite / Anesthetic Warmer with digital display
C-Warmer is designed to enhance both the doctors' and patients' comforts. A thermostatically-controlled cartridge/composite warmer significantly reduces curing time with more flowability of composites and conveniently warms anesthetics and composites in one location. It also improves patient's comfort by delivering the restorations at body temperature with "less injection pain." Its user-friendly operation, compact size, and function will provide a significant impact on the everyday clinical routine.

Features
Recommended Temperature Setting
- Anesthetic : 37°C (98°F) (body temperature)
- Composite : 40°C ~ 45°C (104°F ~ 113°F)
- Warm-up time: 10 minutes (when lid is closed with no A/C system)
- With the lid, it is easy to maintain the warmer hygienically and is free from possible environmental contamination
- When power button (⏻) is pressed shortly, temperature can be adjusted by increments of 10°C.
- Maintains constant temperature for all day use
-
Advantages
- Freely adjustable temperature with LED digital display between 30°C ~ 60°C (86°F ~ 140°F)
- All buttons located in front of the warmer
- Reduces microleakage
- Improves the flow capacities of composite
- Heater is installed in the whole body of the warmer allowing heat circulate and warm the composites thoroughly
- It is safe to touch the warmer when heated because heat is not fully released outside the body

What Customers Are Saying
-
"I tried this as an alternative to a warmer nearly twice the price. This warms a carpule in 20 seconds. Temperature options are helpful when heating different brands of composite. I liked it so much I bought another one!"
-
"Great machine; does exactly what I need it to do. Warms composite and anesthetic simultaneously."
-
"A smart replacement for overpriced warmers. Works well and adjustable heat settings are a great feature."

Composite Preheating and Marginal Integrity
Study: The effect of Preheating and Flowable Composite on the Marginal Integrity of Class II Composite Resin Restorations
Authors:
Ali .I Abdalla, Professor of Restorative Dentistry, Faculty of Dentistry, Tanta University, Egypt
Mostafa.M. Hasan, Professor of Restorative Dentistry, Faculty of Dentistry, Tanta University, Egypt
Corresponding Author: Yasmin .A. Elkady BDS, Restorative Dentistry, Faculty of Dentistry, Tanta University, Egypt
Publication Date: August 2020
Product Used: C-Warmer™
Summary: This in vitro study evaluated Class II composite restorations restored with conventional composite, preheated composite, flowable liner, and flowable liner with preheated composite. The study reported that preheating composite resin to 60°C improved adaptation and reduced marginal gaps compared with non-preheated composite. The lowest marginal gap percentage was reported in the group using flowable composite followed by preheated composite.
Result Highlight: Preheated composite showed improved marginal adaptation and reduced restoration margin gaps under the study conditions.
Clinical Evaluation of Preheated Bulk Fill Composite
Study: Clinical Evaluation of Pre-heated Versus Un-heated Bulk Fill Composite Resin in Class I Cavities
Authors:
A Mohammed, Resident of Restorative Dentistry, Faculty of Dentistry, Tanta University,Egypt
Y Hussein, Professor of Restorative Dentistry, Faculty of Dentistry, Tanta University, Egypt

Publication Date: May 2021
Product Used: C-Warmer™
Summary: This clinical study compared preheated and unheated bulk-fill composite resin restorations in Class I cavities over a 1-year follow-up period. The study reported 100% retention in both groups, while the preheated group maintained Alpha scores for marginal adaptation and marginal discoloration throughout the evaluation period. The unheated group showed marginal deterioration and marginal discoloration in some restorations after 12 months.
Result Highlight: Preheated bulk-fill composite demonstrated superior clinical performance compared with unheated composite by the end of the 1-year evaluation period.

Publication Date: September 2023
Product Used: C-Warmer™
Summary: This in vitro study evaluated the shear bond strength of two bulk-fill composite systems to dentin, with and without preheating. The study reported that preheated groups showed higher mean shear bond strength values than non-preheated groups. When analyzed regardless of composite type, preheating produced a statistically significant increase in bond strength.
Result Highlight: Preheating bulk-fill composite with C-Warmer™ significantly improved shear bond strength to dentin under the study conditions.
