Cautions
- Some patients have an allergic reaction to the filling materials and experience hypersensitivity. To minimize the risk of these side effects, the use of the rubber dam is strongly recommended and exposure to uncured filler is to be avoided.
- The products shall not be used for patients who had a history of hypersensitivity such as rash or dermatitis to this product.
- Patients who have hypersensitivity symptoms such as rashes while using this product should stop using it.
- This product is used for oral hard tissue, so be careful not to get in patients' or/and users' eyes.
- If the filler material comes into contact with eyes or skin before polymerization, immediately wash with plenty of water and consult a doctor.
- Use of the device for purpose other than its intended use or use by non-professional is prohibited.
- Patients shall wear a device (e.g. dam) to protect airway before the procedure.
- When using this product as a temporary resin, visit a dentist within 7 days to remove it.
Application Method
Preparation
- Before use, check the product and packaging for abnormal conditions and damage.
- The product be hardness, it shall be prohibited.
- The expiration date of the product is 2 years, which is confirmed by the expiration date on the box.
Application Method
- Shade selection - Determine the shade of color that matches the tooth to be treated.
- Isolating & Drying - The cavity must be free of any contamination, including saliva or blood, and a dry tooth surface from which moisture is removed is required prior to application of the light-curing filling material. Isolation using a rubber dam is recommended.
- Cavity Preparation - Prepare the cavity with the minimum amount of tooth preparation possible and ensure that the existing amalgam or resin is completely removed.
- Etching - Etch the entire cavity from the enamel boundary with an etchant product (about 20 to 30 seconds for enamel, about 15 seconds for dentin, max). After removing the etching gel by suction, rinse for 20 seconds and remove excess moisture with an air blower. At this time, the surface of the dentin should not be completely dried, but a little bit of moisture should be left. If the etched enamel does not have a chalk-white/matte appearance, repeat the above etching process.
- Bonding - Using the applicator tip, insert it into the adhesive bottle, tilt it slightly, apply the adhesive to the cotton at the end of the tip, and apply it to the enamel. After applying to dentin, leave for 30 seconds.* If you do not go through the bonding process, you can use it as a temporary resin.
- Curing - Irradiation for 20 to 30 seconds.
- Filling - Take an appropriate amount of dental filling material (Flow Resin ALOOZ) of an appropriate color and fill the cavity. Do not exceed 2 mm when filling once.
- Curing - Light irradiation for 20 to 30 seconds with a light irradiator perpendicular to the filled filler surface. Repeat the process of (7) to (8) until the cavity of the tooth is completely restored.
- Polishing - Polish the surface of filler.
Application Process
- Using the Shade Guide, select a filling material of the same color as the patients' tooth to be treated.
- Hold the syringe and connector of the selected filling material and turn the screw to remove the required amount.
- Place the removed filling material on the mixing pad and fill the cavity with a small amount.
- After charging, irradiate for 20 to 30 seconds using a photopolymerizer to cure the filler.
Storage
- Close the safety cap immediately after use.
- Store the device in a shady, cool and dry place.
